Start from the Transition area (T1 & T2) at Liberty Lake Village Homeowners Assn. beachfront (Molter and Inlet Dr.) There will be no parking available at the swim start or the transition area!

Start from the Transition area (T1 & T2) at Liberty Lake Village Homeowners Assn. beachfront (Molter and Inlet Dr.)
Go North on Molter Rd. 2 blocks.
Take a right turn on to Sprague.  Go ½ mile on Sprague and turnaround, back to Molter. (This turnaround will be at the Golf Course Entrance and leads you on to the bike path)
Right turn on to Molter going North past Valleyway
Right turn on to Country Vista and follow to Mission
Left turn on to Mission Ave. heading back to Molter Rd.
Right turn on to Molter Rd. going North
Intersection of Appleway and Molter roads.  Take a right turn on to Appleway.
Turnaround on Appleway at the end of Appleway T intersection.
Right turn on to Swing Lane and then a left on to Knox Ave.
Take a left turn at Molter Rd. heading South.
Appleway and Molter intersection
Mission and Molter intersection
Sprague and Molter intersection; Molter will become Inlet Dr.
Transition area (T2)

Total bike distance is approx. 11.5 miles.

From T2 go West out Inlet Drive on take a right on to the new asphalt trail system.
Follow the Liberty Lake asphalt trail system that parallels Liberty Lake Dr. to Settler Dr.
Take a right on Settler and follow it to Gary Dr.
Take a left at Gary Dr. for an out and back run, take a right on to Settler Dr and head back to the Liberty Lake Trail and take a right.
Run along the Trail parallel to the Valley View Golf course all the way to Country Vista Dr.
Take a right turn on to Country Vista Dr.
Follow Country Vista into Pavillion Park on the Asphalt trail.
 

Total run distance is 3.0 miles.
