OTHER INFORMATION: 

FIELD LIMIT SIZE:  The field size will be limited to 600 (total) participants including teams for the seventh year of this event.

RACE RESULTS AND TIMING:  Timing for the 2012 event will be provided by Eric Ewing of Milliseconds Sports Timing. Overall and split times will be available on our website at www.emdesports.com or at www.milliseconds.com as soon as possible following the race.  

AWARDS:  AT 11:30 to 12:00 noon following the finish of the race at Pavillion Park.  Individual age groups will be awarded 5 deep, Athena's 5 deep and teams are 3 deep with medals.

TECH SUPPORT (Sunday):  Provided by Fitness Fanatics of the City of Spokane Valley. 

VOLUNTEERS:  We are always on the lookout for volunteers to make the race safe and successful.  If you have friends or family that would like to volunteer for this event please contact Marla at 509-326-6983 or

MEDICAL AND FIRST AID:  Will be provided on site.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS TO THE RACE SITE:  From East or West I-90, take the Liberty Lake exit #296 and proceed East on Appleway for just less than a mile.  Take a right turn on Molter Rd. (South) and Pavillion Park and Liberty Lake Elementary are about a ½ mile on Molter.  The race start is approx. ½ mile further South on Molter.
