For 2012 there will be "no" waiting list!!!

ENTRY FEES: (as of October 1, 2011 the WA State DOR is requiring us to charge Retail Sales Tax of 8.7% for all events). 

--$80.00 (plus retail sales tax $6.96)per individual entry fee ($90.00 after June 1st) and $120.00 (plus retail sales tax $10.44) for 2 & 3 person teams entries ($130.00 after June 1st).

--Elite entry fees are $90.00 (plus 7.83 sales tax) with $1000 prize list, 5 deep). 1st place $400, 2nd place $300, 3rd place $200, 4th place $150 and 5th place $100. 

--Entry fees include T-Shirts, water bottles, swim caps and yummy pizza prepared on-site by David's Pizza! 

ENTRY FEE REFUND POLICY:

50% Refund from October 16, 2011 until June 8, 2012
No Refunds after June 8th, 2012

TRANSFER OF ENTRIES:

Entries may be transferred from one person to another if the need arises for an additional $25.00, for administrative fees. Procedures for transferring entries:

1) The owner of the entry is required to contact: Marla Emde (click here)  to arrange the transfer.

2)  A new entry form must be filled out by the person taking over the spot (see link for "event brochure" above).  Please indicate on the form who's spot you are taking and the original confirmation number from the original purchaser. 

3) Send in the entry form along with $25.00 fee to: (for suggestions on who pays the fee, see below).

4) Money exchange shall be done by the two parties transferring entries. 

We understand that injuries can occur and family obligation are always important but please enter with the best intentions of showing up to race. If the transfer of entries is abused we will no longer offer it next year. We do suggest that entries are sold for $55.00 (more than the 50% refund policy) and the new person pays the $25.00 transfer fee so their total price is still $80.00, the original price). 

2012 Valley Girl Triathlon

RACE START TIME:

7:45 AM Sunday, July 8th, 2012

Packet Pick Up and Bike/ Helmet Check In:
Step #1: July 6th & July 7th - Packet Pick Up (pre-registered) - Go to Fitness Fanatics on Friday, July 6th from 12-5:00pm for packet pick up or...Saturday, July 7th to our host hotel Best Western Peppertree Liberty Lake Inn at 1816 N Pepper Lane to pick up your race number and packet between 12:00 noon and 5:00 pm. There will be no late entries on Friday or Saturday. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

Step #2: - Sunday, July 8th - RACE DAY - Check in your bike at the transition area at Liberty Lake Village Beach front (end of Molter Rd. and Inlet Dr.) with race volunteers from 5:45 -7:15 am. THE RACE STARTS AT 7:45 AM. Don't forget your helmet, get body marked and timing chip. Timing chips will be issued at packet pick up.
