Robin's Pre Triathlon equipment check list   

Sun screen
Body glide
water bottles( jet stream and regular)/ Mountain bike tri I use camel back
wetsuit and cap
goggles
defog 
earplugs/ nose plugs (for those who need it)
sunglasses
helmet
bike gloves (optional)
bike shoes
socks
bike
    on bike:  bento bag, tool bag, pump or co2 
Transition Towel
running shoes
number belt
cap to wear on the run
Nutritional bars such as Hammer Bar or Bumble Bars                                          Hammer Gels or similar products
HEED or Sports drink for water bottles
rain resistant jacket just  in case

Personal Items:
Cloths for after the Race
Slip on flip flops for before and after the race
Contact lenses and saline
Pepsi for after the race
P& J sandwich (just in case there isn't enough food after the event) VALLEY GIRL HAS LOTS OF FOOD
Recover drink ( I prefer solid food)
Camera
Aspirin
